Allium - Mount Everest

The Mount Everest Allium is a unique allium growing up to three feet in height which produces creamy white flowers. The 4-6 inch spherical blooms are long-lasting, rising above other plants in the garden and emitting a soft, sweet fragrance. It is a towering variety of Ornamental Onion, with baseball-sized, glistening white flower heads. The foliage of basal, semi-erect strap-shaped grayish-green leaves is also quite ornamental. It is ideally suited to gravel gardens.
